Claims for Damaged/Defective/Misprinted Items:
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If the issue is deemed our error, we will cover the costs of replacement or refund.
How to Submit a Claim:
- If you or your customer notice any issues with the product or order, please submit a detailed problem report through our website.
Return Address and Handling:
- Our default return address is our production facility.
- When a returned shipment is received at our facility, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
- If you use a return address other than our facility, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Issues with Shipping Addresses:
- Wrong Address: If you or your customer provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require you to cover the reshipment costs.
- Important: If you do not have a registered account with a valid billing method, returned orders due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments will not be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your expense, without a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks. Returned face masks will be disposed of.
Customer Returns (Buyer's Remorse):
- We recommend advising your customers to contact you before returning any products.
- We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
- Returns and size exchanges for products (excluding face masks) are at your discretion and expense. You will need to place a new order for size exchanges.
EU Consumer Notification:
- In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we may not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized goods.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
